When an assignment falls behind, you leave a video call on with a friend, and with anything new you start by asking someone who's done it. You need voices in a café or the typing next to you to get your hands moving. Tight plan or loose, if someone's there, you work.

On days you're alone, starting at all is hard, and when you're together the chatting can run long. When you work together, agree to talk only on breaks, and on solo days, head somewhere with people around first.
